We recognise that emergencies can arise outside standard business operating hours. That’s why, at Stabler and Howlett Veterinary Surgeons, we’re here for you whenever you need us – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Nursing Team
The Stabler and Howlett nurses play a critical role in maintaining the clinic’s function, by taking on a wide range of responsibilities. This includes veterinary nursing, reception duties, stock ordering, equipment maintenance and keeping our reminder system up to date.
All our nurses are trained in, or are in the process of training for, their Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Our Reception and Practice Management Team
The reception team are responsible for managing most of our incoming phone calls, and for following up with our hospitalised patients after discharge. They’re invaluable in managing our appointment scheduling, taking medication orders for all species, and of course, managing the daily hustle and bustle of each practice’s reception.
The administration team also keep our clinics running smoothly, by handling all our human resource management needs, compliance, accounts, payroll, rostering and inventory activities.
